Pathology Collector – Full-Time (Melbourne)
Job Description
BMVS provide assessment services for visa purposes and do not provide clinical treatment services. As such, our customer base is typically healthy and have been within Australia on a granted visa for prolonged periods of time prior to seeking a further visa. We also screen customers ahead of their appointments to ensure they are not presenting with cold and flu symptoms or returned to Australia recently as part of our preparedness for COVID-19.
About the Opportunity
We currently have a rare opportunity for an experienced Pathology Collector/Health Assessor to join our Melbourne team on a permanent full-time basis.

Centres are open from 7am – 7pm, 7 days per week, so shift times may vary.

Rosters operate on a rotating basis

Permanent roles attract performance incentives
This includes;

Identity Check, blood pressure, height, weight, body mass index, vision testing, urinalysis and venepuncture

Facilitate smooth delivery of the applicants through the medical assessment to ensure a timely and accurate service

Adhere to clinical governance and associated policies and procedures

Accurate documentation of results in e Health record

Certificate III or IV in Pathology (mandatory)

Phlebotomy experience essential

Experience working with people of multi-cultural background
