Food & Beverage Manager

This hotel is part of Don Hodge Group who own and operate six pubs across Sydney and regional NSW and have commenced building the seventh, our first greenfield site, also in Sydney's southwest.

We are recruiting for one of our beloved regional NSW venues, the Forbes Inn. Forbes is a town of around 8500 people, located in the central west of New South Wales. Forbes is around 400km from Sydney and 300km from Canberra.

This hotel is a 2 story, large format venue with exciting future plans. Its the largest in town and has a great local client base already frequenting the venue.

We are searching for a Food & Beverage Supervisor, someone who can join the team and learn more about regional venue operations. Someone who has a goal to develop their hospitality knowledge and take the next steps forward in creating a career in the industry.

• Valid NSW approved RSA credentials
• Previous food and beverage experience
• Previous customer service experience
• A desire to learn more about hospitality
• All relevant skills assessments if applying internationally and looking for sponsorship

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 – $62,000.00 per year
